Boxunity (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Callum Leaman, based in Manchester, United Kingdom. The Service includes the Boxunity website, the newsletter published under the name The Corner Report, associated social media content, the paid Inner Circle membership, and the community hosted alongside it.

2. The Service

Boxunity provides boxing related content, commentary, and community discussion, including:

• A free newsletter and free community access
• A paid membership tier called The Inner Circle, which includes additional community access, ebooks, and deeper content, billed on a recurring basis
• Related social media content, blog posts, and referral programmes

We may add, change, or remove features of the Service at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a paid subscription or take part in the community. If you are under 18, you may still read the free newsletter with the involvement of a parent or guardian, but you may not create an account, post in the community, or make a purchase.

4. Accounts and Subscriptions

• Free subscribers can sign up to receive the newsletter and access the general community at any time.
• Paid subscribers to The Inner Circle are billed on a recurring basis through our payment provider. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at [email protected] and we will review your request.
• You are responsible for keeping your account details and payment information accurate and up to date.

5. Community Guidelines

If you take part in the Boxunity or Inner Circle community, you agree to:

• Treat other members with respect
• Not post content that is abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or illegal
• Not use the community to spam, advertise unrelated products, or harass other members

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend access for members who break these guidelines, at our discretion.

6. Content Disclaimer and Assumption of Risk

Boxunity’s content, including the newsletter, blog posts, ebooks, and community discussion, is provided for informational and motivational purposes only. Nothing in our content constitutes medical, fitness, or professional training advice, and nothing in our content is a guarantee of any outcome, financial, physical, or otherwise.

Boxing and physical training carry inherent risk, including risk of injury. By using the Service, you confirm that:

• You take part in any physical activity referenced in our content entirely at your own risk
• You will consult a qualified medical or fitness professional before beginning any new training programme
• You will not hold Boxunity or Callum Leaman responsible for any injury, loss, or harm arising from your own decision to act on our content

7. No Guarantee of Results

Any references to personal growth, mindset, discipline, or results in our content, including in the newsletter, community, or ebooks, are shared for motivational purposes. We make no promise or guarantee that any individual will achieve similar results, financial, physical, or personal, from engaging with the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published by Boxunity, including newsletter issues, articles, graphics, ebooks, and branding, is owned by us unless otherwise stated. You may share links to our content, but you may not reproduce, republish, resell, or use our content to train any artificial intelligence model or dataset without our written permission.

Any content you post in the community remains yours, but by posting it you give us a licence to display, moderate, and remove it within the Service. You are solely responsible for anything you post, and you agree not to post anything that infringes someone else’s rights or breaks the law. If we receive a valid complaint that something you posted infringes someone else’s copyright or other rights, we may remove it without notice.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure, and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Boxunity and Callum Leaman are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of enjoyment, loss of profit, or any outcome related to physical training or personal decisions made after engaging with our content
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service, of any kind, will not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or £50 if you have not made any payment to us
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, where the law does not allow such liability to be limited

13. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in providing the Service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including technical failure of a third party platform, internet outages, or events outside our control.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, including a paid subscription, at our discretion, if you breach these Terms, misuse the community, or engage in conduct we reasonably consider harmful to us or other members. Sections relating to intellectual property, indemnity, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive any termination.

16. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it directly. If a dispute cannot be resolved this way, either party may refer it to mediation before pursuing court action, though this does not remove your right to go to court at any time.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

18. General

Entire agreement. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service, and replace any prior agreement on the same subject.

Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect.

No waiver. If we do not enforce a right under these Terms, that does not mean we give up that right.

Assignment. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms if the business is sold or restructured. You may not transfer your account or membership to anyone else.
